All assets (graphics, creatives, websites, etc.) created by BuildNBrand.in remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
However, BuildNBrand.in may showcase anonymous project snippets for portfolio or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
Delivery timelines vary by project size and scope
Minor revisions are included in most service packages
Major revisions or additional work may incur extra cost (discussed beforehand)
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available separately). We do not sell or misuse your personal/business information.
We are not liable for:
Any loss of revenue, traffic, or sales due to third-party platform issues (Meta, Google, etc.)
Temporary service interruptions or external tool failures
